First off let me just say...its outside the market. Its over across the street from Angels Flight. Hopefully I saved you 10 minutes. As LA's newest BBQ joint you would think theres a lot of pressure on HT BBQ. They have been selling out a lot of days with their Central Texas themed Q. My favorite BBQ I tried was their brisket which is a simple rub that focuses on black pepper. It has a nice bite to it and the pepper helps to cut through the richness of the brisket.

| What I like? They dont cover it in sauce. Thats a sign of a BBQ pitmaster proud of his product |
