Escabeche Mexican Grill's owners Veronica and Abel Martinez think big. Not only is this their second location of their Mexican eatery but they have plans for a westside location hopefully in the future. Some may say that's a bit of overstepping but they have their food to back them up. Like the Chino location Escabeche Azusa's menu backbone is burritos, tacos, and salads. They have some of the best grilled fish tacos I have ever had. They rival some of the best fried fish tacos in Southern California. With crema, salsa, and cabbage topping them. Their ground beef tacos have carrots, potatoes, and onions in the beef. Its a family recipe. If you go you need to try both. If you have a chance talk to Abel about his place. He will do his best to make you a fan.
