Chef Robert Setina of Smoqued BBQ Cooks For Macy's American Icon Series. #ad

 Macy's asked me to come and check out  Chef Robert Setina of Smoqued BBQ  cook some BBQ at Macy's Costa Mesa as part of their Macy's American Icon series, I didn't really hear anything after BBQ. I think Chef Robert is new to a audience but they loved him. He clearly has a passion for BBQ and shared a recipe for his deviled eggs and cooked some ribs.  He gave some tips to the crowd but what everyone really loved was the sampling! Its the first time I have ever seen a deviled egg topped with smoked bacon thats for sure.
