PizzaRev is a newcomer to the make your own pizza scene in SO Cal. With Pasadena PizzaRev has its first SGV location. While its on a less popular stretch of road on Foothill its plenty busy. What makes PR different from its competitors? Well first it uses a super thin flatbread like crust. It works pretty well but if you are a thick crust lover you will have issues with it. The other major difference is the buffalo milk mozzarella they use for the pies. With a lower water content level than cows milk it makes a sexier richer mozzarella. Oh all the pies I sampled the white mushroom was my favorite. They also make salads and have a oreo dessert pizza! Only get the dessert pizza if you have a sweet tooth and really love oreos.
