Pasadena is not a place you automatically think of when ethnic food comes up. So its kinda funny that downtown Pasadena is not getting just one but two new Indian restaurants (both with a modern theme) coming in soon. Theres the The Spice Factory and California Chutney just a short walk away from each other (on Raymond and Fair Oaks.) The Spice Factory says on its Facebook they want to get opened in a few weeks but California Chutney has a way to go. The only thing in their space is a folding table.
