Food trucks aren't known for healthy living.
Alegria Food Truck aims to change that perception a bit. Based out of DTLA Alegria focuses on organic healthy food (they also have bacon but who is going to complain about that.) Its a sandwich heavy menu along with a few salads but they are working on expanding the menu. A notable difference from other trucks would be their scratch made strawberry ginger lemonade. Honestly my favorite thing on the truck (pretty much the best drink from a food truck I have had). You can usually find them hanging out in front of a local coffee shop and they post their location on their site and
twitter . Insider tip. You can get the turkey and bacon sandwich hot and thats what I would get.
