The Inland Empire is always a little slow to get food trends from places like Los Angeles, but it seems like more and more places are learning the people of the IE love trendy, good food as much as anyone.
Auto Club Speedway is one of those places shifting towards more delicious food. Sure you can get hot dogs and hamburgers still but why not try a chorizo infused burger? Or maybe a nice chopped salad? Personally my favorite new food item at the Speedway was the sloppy joe fries. Cheese sauce, sloppy joe, fries, and sour cream. Not something you can eat everyday but a fun dish while watching the race. Besides new food items the track is also having a cheese and wine festival. You can find more info
