Carlitos Gardel is the Steakhouse You Need to Try in West LA

Ribeye cap should be a food trend. It’s everything in food people love. 
It’s a steak. It’s a DELCIOUS steak. Not to mention how limited it is to get due to the amount of it you get off a cow. 
That’s a big reason I am happy it’s not a food trend. I don’t want to not be able to get one when I want one.
Carlitos Gardel does this steak perfectly. They cut it in house every day just to ensure they get these hard to get cuts. 
It’s no wonder that that this small steakhouse has been called one of the top in California.
With a few of Carlitos Gardel’s appetizers (the empanadas are made with the steak that doesn’t make it for the grill) and one of their Instagram worthy desserts and you have a party.
