It doesn't look like much now but what used to be Violets Cupcakes in Pasadena (RIP cupcake trend) is going to become Waffles de Liege's new brick and mortar.
More than likely taking one of LA's hottest food trucks of the road (I am guessing they will cater still.)
For those who don't know Waffles de Liege make artisan waffles using pearl sugar that creates a unique chew and caramelization.
Should be interesting to see what they may add to the menu for the new shop
